1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Transparify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Transparify provides a tool for restoring transparent backgrounds from AI-generated images, available as a free browser-based tool and a paid API service.

3. Accounts

To access the API, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. API Usage

API access is subject to the rate limits and monthly quotas of your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in throttled or rejected requests. You agree not to:

• Share or redistribute your API keys
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage quotas
• Use the API for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineer the Service
• Resell API access without written permission

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you process through the Service. Transparify does not claim any ownership over your content. The Service itself, including its algorithms, design, and code, is the intellectual property of Transparify.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked and access to the API will cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
